Client Feedback

I routinely gather feedback from clients about their experiences with me in order to continuously monitor and improve my service. After a consultation or period of therapy, clients are sent a survey to complete which encourages additional comments. This page provides some examples of the responses received.

I was initially concerned about being referred as I had disclosed being in therapy and I felt 'penalised' for working not just on my physical but also my mental health as part of this procedure. Equally I can accept and acknowledge the concerns around why I was referred. Ultimately I can confidently say that this session was useful to me and there was nothing really to be worried about and people who haven't already got support around their mental health would really benefit from Kate and her services when considering plastic surgery."
